Chef - Asian Cuisine
Shift: Morning shift 7am - 3pm, Payrate: $36.93 p/h for AM shift
Afternoon shift 2pm - 10pm , Payrate: $41.36 p/h for PM shift
- Strong knowledge of Asian cooking, especially Chinese cuisine
- Additional knowledge of Thai, Singaporean, and Malay cuisine
- Experience working in a high-pressure, bulk cooking production environment
- Ability to work well in a team
- excellent knife skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good listening skills and attention to details
Requirement
- For Chef role, must have min Certificate III in commercial cookery
- For knife hand, require previous knife handling experience in kitchen
- Available to work a 5-day roster (including public holidays, weekends, and morning or afternoon shifts).
